A 45-year-old man has been charged over a major drug and gun bust on the Far South Coast last year.
In October last year, police discovered an alleged commercial drug operation in a storage shed on Government Road in Eden.
They found almost 2kg of ICE, 1.3kg of ecstasy, a pump action shot gun and an M1 rifle in the storage shed.
The seized drugs were residue found within liquid in jerry cans.
It is estimated the liquid would potentially produce 5 kilograms of ICE and 5 kilograms of ecstasy in total, with an estimated street value of $1 million.
After an extensive investigation, police arrested the 45-year-old man in Beverley Park at 8.20am on Monday and charged him with two counts of supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, two counts of possessing a prohibited firearm and possessing drug manufacture apparatus to make a prohibited drug.
He was refused bail and appeared in Kogarah Local Court earlier today.
